|White grapes||8 Ounce|
|Diced sausage||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Cubed, Continental Brand)|
|Diced cooked tongue||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed|
|Vinegar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground mace||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Halve and seed the grapes.
Slice the olives.
Finely chop the onion.
Mix the grapes, olives, onion, sausage and tongue together and place in a serving bowl.
Make a dressing with the vinegar, oil, seasonings and sugar and just before serving pour over the salad.
