|Knox unflavored gelatin||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned boned chicken||5 Ounce, diced|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||2 Teaspoon|
Sprinkle gelatin on 1/2 cup water to soften.
Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; stir in soup until well-blended.
Add other 1/2 cup water, lemon juice, and pepper.
Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in chicken, onion, green pepper, and pimiento.
Turn into a 3-cup mold and chill until firm.
