Fresh Greens And Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine head 1⁄2 , torn
  Bibb lettuce head 1⁄2 , torn
  Endive leaves 4 , torn
  Iceberg lettuce head 1⁄2 , torn
  Boston lettuce head 1 , torn
  Chopped cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)
  Hard-cooked eggs 4
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl mix first 8 ingredients.
2) Take 3 hard-cooked eggs and cut into wedges.
3) Mix the wedges to the salad greens and tuna.
4) Strain remaining egg through sieve.
5) Mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients
6) Gently pour dressing over salad and toss.

SERVING
7) Serve immediately.
