Spiced Peach Salad
|Spiced peaches||29 Ounce (Or 2 1/2 Size Can)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Philadelphia cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Liquid from peaches with clove||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peach gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut meat off peach pits, into bite size.
Let cream cheese soften to beating stage.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Beat cream cheese with 1 c. peach liquid and pour into gelatin.
Add peaches and nuts.
Chill in ring or individual molds.
Can be made day ahead.
