Sorrento Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Sorrento mozzarella 8 Ounce, sliced (1 Package)
  Salad greens 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Ripe tomatoes 3 , sliced
  Basil 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper together.
Add oil and whisk till blended.
Spread greens on plate and cover with tomato slices.
Arrange cheese slices on top of tomatoes.
Drizzle dressing over salad.
Sprinkle with basil.
