Carrot Coconut Salad

Ingredients
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded raw carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mandarin oranges 11 Ounce (Canned, Drained, 1 Cup)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients except greens.
Chill and serve on greens.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
