Fresh Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Apples||2 , cored, chopped|
|Strawberries||1 Pint, halved|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Avocados||2 , peeled, chopped|
|Chopped dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Poppy seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.In a bowl, mix apple, raisins, ham, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
2.Take 6 toast slices and top them with 1/2 cup of apple mixture.
3.Cover the toast with lettuce leave and then by another slice.
4.Cut the sandwich in two halves and serve with dips.
