Hot Macaroni Dinner Salad
|Bacon slices||6 , diced|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Elbow macaroni||7 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain bacon on paper towel, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
Combine reserved bacon drippings, vinegar, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in skillet with long heatproof handle.
Place on cooking grill and heat until bubbly.
Add macaroni and bacon pieces; toss lightly and heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat.
