Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovy paste 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped chives/Green onions 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped cooked shrimp 2 Tablespoon, cleaned
  Hard cooked egg 1 , finely chopped
  Romaine head 1⁄2
  Leaf lettuce 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Cooked shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned, chilled
  French endive stalk 1 , sliced
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, quartered
  Julienne style cooked beets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained and chilled
Directions

Combine the mayonnaise, anchovy paste, Worcestershire, mustard, and garlic.
Stir in chives, chopped shrimp, and egg.
Chill.
Makes 1 1/2 cups Green Goddess Dressing.
At serving time, break up romaine and leaf lettuce in bite-size pieces.
Place on salad plates.
Arrange shrimp, endive, tomatoes, and beets atop.
Spoon Green Goddess Dressing over.
