Celeriac Salad

Ingredients
  Celeriac root 3⁄4 Pound, peeled (350 Gram)
  Mayonnaise/Made with extra mustard. 1/2 cup 125 Milliliter, made
  Red pepper 1⁄2 , cored and thinly sliced in rings
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cored and thinly sliced in rings
  Onion 1⁄2 , thinly sliced in rings
Directions

Cut the celeriac into slices and then into strips.
Combine the mayonnaise with the celeriac strips.
Pile the mixture into a bowl and garnish with the peppers and onion.
