|Celeriac root||3⁄4 Pound, peeled (350 Gram)|
|Mayonnaise/Made with extra mustard. 1/2 cup||125 Milliliter, made|
|Red pepper||1⁄2 , cored and thinly sliced in rings|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , cored and thinly sliced in rings|
|Onion||1⁄2 , thinly sliced in rings|
Cut the celeriac into slices and then into strips.
Combine the mayonnaise with the celeriac strips.
Pile the mixture into a bowl and garnish with the peppers and onion.
