|Sauerkraut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tart dessert apple||2|
|Sweet dill pickles||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced|
|Chopped mixed herbs||5 Tablespoon (Dill, Parsley, Basil And Borage)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain the sauerkraut and rinse well in hot water.
Drain again, pressing out all the water.
Peel, core and dice the apples.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Mix together the sauerkraut, apples, pickles, onion and herbs.
Add the salt, sugar and lemon juice and toss together well.
Heat the oil in a pan and pour carefully over the salad, so that it mixes.
Toss again and leave to cool.
