Orange And Cabbage Salad
|Finely shredded cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange||1 (Use The Sections)|
Rinse cabbage in colander; drain.
Sprinkle with salt.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Rinse with cold water, pressing to remove excess liquid.
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well.
Add cabbage; toss to mix well.
Chill until serving time.
Toss again just before serving.
Top with orange sections.
