Mandarin Orange Salad
|Crackers||60 , crushed (Ritz)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Pound, melted|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen unsweetened orange juice||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz) (Eagle Brand)|
|Cool whip||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||16 Ounce, drained (2 Small Cans)|
Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar to them.
Press mixture firmly into 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
Reserve some of crumb mixture for garnish.
Blend thawed orange juice and milk.
Stir in Cool Whip and oranges.
Do not beat.
Pour mixture over crumb crust.
Top with reserved crumbs.
Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
This is delicious, refreshing, and appetizing.
