Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Crackers 60 , crushed (Ritz)
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound, melted
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen unsweetened orange juice 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)
  Sweetened condensed milk 1 Can (10 oz) (Eagle Brand)
  Cool whip 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Canned mandarin oranges 16 Ounce, drained (2 Small Cans)
Directions

Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar to them.
Press mixture firmly into 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
Reserve some of crumb mixture for garnish.
Blend thawed orange juice and milk.
Stir in Cool Whip and oranges.
Fold in.
Do not beat.
Pour mixture over crumb crust.
Top with reserved crumbs.
Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
This is delicious, refreshing, and appetizing.
