1. In a bowl mix white shoepeg corn, jar pimento, chopped onion, and celery. Toss them lightly.
2. Combine salt, pepper and vegetable in another bowland mix these ingredients properly .
3. Cover and chill the batter. Drain the mixture before serviing.
