Sweet N Sour Tossed Salad
|Torn fresh spinach||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Romaine lettuce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Iceberg lettuce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained, added to onions (1 Can)|
|Thinly sliced red onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced red onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground mustard||2 Teaspoon|
In a large bowl, combine lettuces, oranges and onion.
In a blender or food processor, combine remaining ingredients.
Cover and process until slightly thickened.
Pour 1/3 cup over the salad and toss to coat; serve immediately.
Refrigerate remaining dressing.
