Ingredients
  Tomato 1 , peeled
  Avocados 2
  Onion 1⁄2 , minced
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Chile To Taste (Canned If Desired)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mash tomatoes and avocados together and blend in remaining ingredients.
If desired cream cheese or sour cream can be added for chip dip.
