Lima Bean And Mackerel Salad

Ingredients
  Sour cream 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Finely grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Shallots 2 , very finely sliced
  Cooked lima beans 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Smoked mackerel 1 , skinned, boned and flaked
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put the sour cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper and orange rind in a salad bowl and stir well.
Add the remaining ingredients, toss gently but thoroughly and serve.
