Creamy Potato Salad
|Potatoes||9 Medium, cooked, peeled, and sliced to make 9 cups|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion with tops||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cream dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , cut in wedges|
In large bowl combine potatoes, celery, green onion, relish, salt, and pepper.
Stir in Cream Dressing.
Before serving, fold in radishes.
Garnish with egg wedges.
