Asparagus And Ham Salad

Ingredients
  Canned asparagus tips 1 Pound
  Cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut into strips
  Dry red wine 6 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Pinch
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Dried rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Canned pineapple rings 4
Directions

Drain and slice the mushrooms.
Peel and slice the bananas.
Drain and chop the asparagus tips.
Mix together the bananas, asparagus, ham and mushrooms.
Stir the wine, vinegar, salts, peppers and rosemary together.
Lightly whip the cream, fold in the mayonnaise and the red wine mixture.
Mix this sauce with the asparagus salad.
Arrange the lettuce leaves and pineapple rings on a serving plate and spoon on the asparagus salad.
