Hot Crab Salad
|Flaked crabmeat||1 Pound (About 2 Cups)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Fine soft bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Combine crabmeat, celery, green pepper, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire.
Turn into buttered baking dish (about 1 1/2 quarts).
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
