Pumpkin Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4 , chopped
  Pumpkin 2 1⁄4 Pound, peeled, cut into cubes
  Chopped walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Apple 1 , chopped
  Shallots 3 , chopped
  Celery stalk 1 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Fry bacon in skillet until crisp; drain.
Cool.
Combine pumpkin and enough water to cover in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until tender; drain.
Cool.
Combine bacon, pumpkin, walnuts, apple, shallots, celery, mayonnaise and nutmeg in bowl; mix well.
