Golden Glow Salad

|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Canned pineapple and juice must be used.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add juice and salt When slightly thickened, add pineapple, carrots, nuts, and lemon juice.
Turn into mold and chill until firm.
Un-mold on bed of shredded lettuce.
