Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1
  Olive oil 80 Milliliter
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Chopped mint 10 Milliliter (Fresh)
  Salt 1 Milliliter
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Chopped hard cooked eggs 2
  Crisp cooked bacon 80 Milliliter (Bits)
  Freshly grated romano cheese 80 Milliliter
Directions

Thoroughly wash the lettuce.
Trim and chop into bite size pieces.
Blend the oil, garlic, lemon and seasonings.
Pour over the lettuce place in a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with egg, bacon and cheese, serve at once.
