Cottage Cheese Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Lime flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened applesauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine gelatin and hot water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Fold in applesauce and cottage cheese.
Pour into individual molds and chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce cups and serve with mayonnaise.
