Raw Living Pea And Lentil Sprout Salad With Curried Tomato Dressing

Ingredients
  Sprouted lentils 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sprouted green peas 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped finely
For the dressing
  Cashew 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chop
  Tomatoes 1 Small, chop
  Chole masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large salad bowl combine the spinach, sprouted green peas, sprouted lentils and onions.
2. In a blender blend the cashew along with a tsp of water, red pepper, tomatoes, cilantro for 2 minutes and then add the chole masala and blend.
3. Add the dressing on the salad and toss the salad.

SERVING
4. Serve the salad along with your meal.
