Budweiser Barbecue Chicken Salad

Chicken glazed with barbecue sauce and tossed with fresh veggies and bacon for a salad fit for an entrée.
Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Barbecue sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Budweiser Original)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped cooked chicken breast 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped
  Celery rib 1 , sliced
  Torn salad greens 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Cooked bacon strips 4 , crumbled
Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. Just before serving, combine the chicken, tomatoes and celery; stir in dressing.
3. Serve over salad greens; sprinkle with bacon.
