Sunflower Green Salad With Thyme Vinaigrette
|Torn romaine/Other greens||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely shredded cabbage||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Green / Red Variety)|
|Toasted shelled sunflower seeds||3 Tablespoon|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Dried thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
1. Peel carrot and shave thin slices with peeler. Toss together carrot shavings, greens, radishes, cabbage, and sunflower seeds.
2. In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, thyme, and pepper. Cover and shake well. Toss salad with dressing.
