Sunflower Green Salad With Thyme Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Carrot 1 Small
  Torn romaine/Other greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Thinly sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely shredded cabbage 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Green / Red Variety)
  Toasted shelled sunflower seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Peel carrot and shave thin slices with peeler. Toss together carrot shavings, greens, radishes, cabbage, and sunflower seeds.
2. In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, thyme, and pepper. Cover and shake well. Toss salad with dressing.
