Piquant Cheese Salad
|Sweet dill pickles||6|
|Diced cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced salami||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Tabasco sauce||3 Drop|
|Ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry white wine||3 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Peel the onions and cut into rings.
Dice the tomatoes; slice the pickles.
Mix together the cheese, onions, salami and pickles.
To make the dressing, mix together the sugar, pineapple juice, cayenne pepper, Tabasco sauce, pepper, wine and oil and stir in the pineapple.
Just before serving, toss the salad in the dressing and serve garnished with chopped chives.
