A Pasta Salad Of Sorts

Ingredients
  Broccoli flowerettes 750 Milliliter
  Chopped green onions 2
  Diced red bell pepper 1
  Diced green bell pepper 1
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled seeded and diced
  Cooked rotini 1 Liter (Multicolored)
  Granulated sugar 60 Milliliter
  Dry mustard 5 Milliliter
  Paprika 5 Milliliter
  Celery seeds 3 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Honey 80 Milliliter
  Vinegar 30 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Safflower oil 160 Milliliter
Directions

Blanch the broccoli and chill in cold water, drain and place in a mixing bowl.
Mix in the vegetables and rotini.
Blend the sugar, seasoning, honey, vinegar, lemon and the oil.
Pour over the salad, chill for 1 hour before serving.
