Pear Salad

Ingredients
  Canned pears 29 Ounce (1 Can, 2 1/2 Size)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pear juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in pear juice and water according to directions on package.
Add salt, paprika and lemon juice.
When slightly thickened, add celery.
Arrange pear halves in mold, then cover with gelatin mixture; chill until firm.
Garnish with ginger dressing
