Bibb Lettuce with Lemon Salad

Ingredients
  Bibb lettuce head 1
  Tomatoes 2 Small, quartered
  Coarsely chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Gently tear Bibb lettuce leaves and arrange in a bowl.
Top with tomatoes and fresh basil.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, and salt to taste.
Pour dressing over salad.
Finish with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
