Tri-Color Pasta Salad with Agri-Dolce Peppers
|Pickled peppers||To Taste (1 Jar Of Nonna’S Agri-Dolce Peppers)|
|Tri color rotini pasta||1 Pound|
|Freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grape tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pitted kalamata olives||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped italian parsley||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
1. Boil and drain tri-color pasta and then place pasta into a large serving bowl.
2. Empty the contents of the entire jar of Agri-Dolce Peppers onto the pasta and stir well.
3. Add the rest of the remaining ingredients and garnish with basil leaves. Let the pasta stand for a few minutes and serve either hot or cold.
