Spinach And Potato Salad
|Fresh spinach||8 Ounce|
|Potatoes||2 , cooked, cooled and thinly sliced|
|Gruyere cheese slices||3 , cut into strips|
|Heavy cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Extracted From 1/4 Lemon)|
1) Clean the spinach in water and put into a saucepan.
2) Leave enough water on the leaves to prevent adding more water.
3) Cover and cook for 3 minutes, then drain well and press out any excess water.
4) Add all the remaining ingredients to this.
5) Serve hot or cold.
