Spinach And Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 8 Ounce
  Potatoes 2 , cooked, cooled and thinly sliced
  Gruyere cheese slices 3 , cut into strips
  Heavy cream 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Extracted From 1/4 Lemon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Clean the spinach in water and put into a saucepan.
2) Leave enough water on the leaves to prevent adding more water.
3) Cover and cook for 3 minutes, then drain well and press out any excess water.
4) Add all the remaining ingredients to this.

SERVING
5) Serve hot or cold.
