|Hard boiled egg||1|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Chop anchovies, parsley, pepper and hardboiled egg.
2. Mix it well with mashed potatoes.
3. Add flour and make small cakes.
4. Dust the cakes with flour.
5. In a frying pan, heat oil.
6. Fry the cakes from all sides till golden brown
7.Serve with hard boiled eggs.
