Tomato Stuffed With Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced celery 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Diced cucumber 3 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Cooked peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Stuffed olives 6 , sliced
  French dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 8 Medium
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a salad bowl and mix all the ingredients together except the tomatoes and salt.
2) Add sufficient mayonnaise to moisten the mixture.
3) Chill the salad for half an hour.
4) Peel the tomatoes after washing and remove the blossom end.
5) Cut each tomato into 6 sections making deep cuts from top to almost ΒΌ th inch of the bottom.
6) Add salt to the tomatoes and chill.
7) Fill the sections of the tomatoes with the chicken salad.

SERVING
8) Add a garnish of your choice and serve.
