Beet and Ginger Salad with Lemon and Honey Dressing

  Beetroot 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Ginger root 2 Teaspoon, chop
  Raw honey/Agave 1 Tablespoon
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon

1. Peel and chop the beetroot in a food processor, chop the ginger roots and mix it in a large mixing bowl along with raw honey, tamari and lemon juice.
2. Toss all the ingredients.

3. Serve the Beet and Ginger Salad along with you meal on the side.
