Luncheon Meat Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 5
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Torn lettuce 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Crumbled blue cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Canned luncheon meat 12 Ounce, cut into strips
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Arrange the ingredients required. MAKING 2) In skillet, cook bacon till it becomes crispy and then drain. 3) Crumble bacon and set aside. 4) In a screw-top jar, mix together the salad oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and dry mustard and shake well. 5) In a salad bowl, combine lettuce, blue cheese and onion. 6) Arrange luncheon meat strips atop lettuce mixture. 7) Sprinkle bacon over it. 8) Shake dressing and pour over the salad. SERVING 9) Toss and serve.
