Aloha Chicken Salad
|Chopped cooked chicken||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Canned mandarin oranges||22 Ounce, drained (2 Can)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Pound|
1) Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients except for the lettuce leaves.
2) Toss it properly until it gets mixed properly.
3) Chill the salad.
4) Serve chilled on lettuce leaves.
