Potato and Chive Salad
|Boiled potatoes||8 Large, boiled, peeled and cubed|
|Balsamic dressing||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), made|
|Chives||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
GETTING READY 1) Boil the potatoes till tender. MAKING 2) Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes while still enough to handle. 3) In a mixing bowl, sprinkle dressing over the potatoes while still hot and toss till well coated. 4) Keep it aside to cool. 5) Adjust the seasoning and add more dressing, if required. 6) Chill before serving. SERVING 7) Sprinkle chives over it and serve.
