Mackerel With Warm Cauliflower And Caper Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 10 Ounce, cut in florets (300 Gram)
  Lemon 1
  Capers 4 Teaspoon, rinsed
  Flat leaf parsley 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped
  Mint 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mackerel¬†fillet 4 Small
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Zest the lemon and squeeze off the juice. 2) Prepare the herby dressing by mixing the lemon juice, zest, capers, parsley, olive oil and mint. Mix in garlic as well. 3) Keep the dressing aside. MAKING 4) Heat the grill and in a pan, boil the water, 5) Place the cauliflower in the boiling water and boil until tender. 6) Drain the cauliflower and pour the herby dressing over the still hot cauliflower. FINALIZING 7) In a baking dish, place the mackarel and top with lemon zest and seasoning. 8) Grill the fish from both the sides for couple of minutes. SERVING 9) Serve the cauliflower salad with grilled mackarel. 10) Garnish lemon wedges on side of the platter.
