Egg Salad Sandwich Pizzas

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Tomato paste 3 Ounce (1/2 Can)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  English muffins 4 , split and toasted
Directions

GETTING READY 1) In a small saucepan, place eggs and cover with cold water to hard-cook them. MAKING 2) Boil eggs and reduce heat to just below simmering. 3) Cover the pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes. 4) Cool eggs in cold water. 5) In a bowl, combine together 1/2 cup cheese, tomato paste, mayonnaise, onion, salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. 6) Remove shells from eggs. 7) Chop the eggs and stir in tomato mixture. 8) On the muffin halves, spread the mixture and cover the edges. 9) Broil 6 inches from heat for 3 minutes. 10) Top with remaining cheese and broil again for 2 minutes. SERVING 11) Serve hot.
