Ingredients
  Lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Alfalfa sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Assorted sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Lentil, Mung Bean, Aduki, Radish, Fenugreek, Pea, Red Clover, Wheat Berry)
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
  Tomato 1 Medium, sliced
  Arugula 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Bragg liquid amino/Soy sauce / 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine vegetables and sprouts.
2) Add oil and toss.

SERVING
3) Squeeze fresh lemon juice and Liquid Aminos or soy sauce or mustard and toss well to serve.
