Spinach And Orange Salad
|Baby spinach leaves||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Squeezed orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Clear honey||1 Teaspoon|
|Whole grain mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Wash and dry the spinach leaves on the kitchen paper. Discard thick stalks and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces.
2) Peel and remove the orange segments, keep aside.
3) Chop the onion finely.
4) Combine the salad leaves and orange segments and place in a serving dish. Sprinkle over the chopped onion.
5) Whisk the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt and pepper to taste together for the dressing.
6)Pour the dressing over the salad, toss well to coat and serve immediately.
