Ingredients
  Torn spinach/Other greens 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, chilled (1 Can)
  Large shrimp 9 Ounce, drained, rinsed (2 Can)
  Kiwi fruits 2 , peeled
  Almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peach nectar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon, finely shredded
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Get ready with the utensils and the required ingredients. MAKING 2) In a large bowl, combine together the spinach, orange sections, shrimp and kiwi fruit. 3) Sprinkle with almonds. 4) In a small bowl, combine sour cream, peach nectar, orange peel and salt for the dressing and beat till smooth. SERVING 5) Pour sauce over the salad, toss and serve.
