Spinach Sausage Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Assorted dry and semidry sausages 4 Ounce, cut into strips
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Cherry tomatoes 8
  Melba toast slice 4 , broken
  Melba toast slices 4 , broken
  Bacon slices 4
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Wash spinach thoroughly. MAKING 2) In a large salad bowl, toss toghether the spinach and shredded carrot. 3) Arrange cheese, sausage, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and Melba toast atop. 4) In skillet, cook bacon till it becomes crispy. 5) Remove and drain bacon and reserve drippings. 6) Crumbel bacon and sprinkle it over the salad. 7) In skillet, stir toghether bacon drippings, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and heat through. 8) Pour hot dressing over the salad and toss gently. SERVING 9) Serve the delicious salad.
