Vietnamese Sweet And Sour Salad

Ingredients
  Grape tomatoes 12 , halved (Windset Farms Concerto)
  Sweet bell pepper 1 , seeded and thinly sliced (Windset Farms Maestro)
  Seedless cucumber 1⁄2 , thinly sliced (Windset Farms Fresco)
  Hot pepper 1 , seeded and finely chopped (Windset Farms Gusto)
  Carrot 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Fresh cilantro 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Whisk together Gusto™ pepper, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and vinegar in a small bowl.
Toss with Fresco™ cucumber, Maestro™ pepper, Concerto™ tomatoes, carrot, cilantro and serve.
