Tomato and Watermelon Summer Salad

Combine sweet,juicy watermelon chunks with fresh tomato, onion and salty feta dressed with a apple cider vinaigrette, for a salad that is the essence of summer
Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Watermelon 2 Pound, peeled and cut into chunks
  Tomatoes 8 , quartered (Allegro)
  Red onion 1⁄4 Small, very thinly sliced
  Fresh mint leaves 4 , finely chopped
  Fresh basil leaves 5 , finely chopped
  Feta cheese 4 Tablespoon, crumbled
Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and cider vinegar.
On a medium platter, arrange watermelon and Allegro™ tomatoes. Sprinkle with red onion, mint and basil. Drizzle with the dressing.
Season with salt and finish with crumbled feta. Serve and enjoy.
