Albacore Tuna And Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  Albacore tuna 6 Ounce, diced (Sashimi Grade)
  Seedless cucumber 1⁄3 , diced (Whole Windset Farms Fresco)
  Daikon 2 Inch, peeled and diced
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Togarashi To Taste
  Mixed baby greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mirin 4 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Canola oil 6 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Whisk together dressing ingredients.
Toss tuna, Fresco™ cucumber, daikon, cilantro, lime juice and salt together. Add the dressing, to taste and season with Togarashi.
Divide mixed greens between 4 plates and top with cucumber salad. Serve with crusty bread.
