Rice Salad With Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients
  Chicken flavored rice 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Marinated artichoke hearts 6 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Pimiento-stuffed olives 8 , sliced
Directions

GETTING STARTED
1) Cook and boil the rice following the package instructions.

2) Drain artichokes and reserve the liquid.
3) Chop the artichokes and keep it aside.

MAKING
4) In a seperate bowl mix curry powder, mayonnaise, artichoke liquid and blend well.
5) In a bowl mix green pepper, rice, olives, onion and sliced artichokes.
6) Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the rice mixture and mix it well.

SERVING
6) Serve chilled.
