Ingredients
  Torn mixed salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned boneless turkey/Canned boneless chicken 10 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 5 Ounce Each)
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salted peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Arrange the ingredients required. MAKING 2) In a large salad bowl, place salad greens. 3) Arrange orange sections, grapes, raisins, turkey or chicken and peanuts atop salad greens. 4) In an another bowl, stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt, tarragon, paprika and red peppere for the dressing. 5) Till serving time, cover and chill the salad and dressing, if desired. SERVING 6) Pass dressing with salad and serve chill.
